The Collision and Painting department
utilizes a Spies-Hecker Paint Mixing System. These
paint products are manufactured in Germany with a
urethane and base clear coating system. The paint
application system uses primers, paints and a computer
controlled mixing system for exact matching of your
vehicle color. During the process, all paints are
applied using a low pressure high volume (LPHV) spray
applicator allowing for more material versus air
pressure.
Snap-on portable automotive lifts
assist in the paint application process including
baking lamps for securing base coat materials under
factory specified temperature conditions.
In this department, our Kansas Jach
Magna Rack frame machine uses two (2) 20-ton pulling
towers. In conjuction with the frame machine, our
Mitchell computerized frame measurements and ADP
collision estimating software provides a competitive
and accurate repair of your vehicle to factory
specifications.
